Coping with conflict

Wednesday 26 June 2013

Would you like to be better at managing conflict?

Within minutes of 12noon, the noise level increased dramatically in Westpark as just under 40 ladies were meeting for lunch and learning about the different conflict profiles from Women Ahead member Eleanor Yearwood of Key Talent Partners. Avoiding, compromising, collaborating, accommodating, competing were the words of the day and resonating with all of us! Coping with conflict proved to be a very relevant topic which made members and guests present think about their own and others' behaviour when faced with conflict.

Once again excellent feedback and suggestions for future topics was received. Thank you to Forte Beauty Clinic, Westpark, French Dressing, Jill Webster Intuitive Healer and Gemini Marketing for donating prizes for the raffle.
