An exciting lunchtime event in association with Women in NCR

at NCR premises, Kingsway, Dundee

Women in NCR (WiN) kindly hosted this exciting event at their Kingsway premises. In front of over 45 participants from both associations, Lyn Speirs, Chair of WiN, opened the event and gave a short presentation about the innovative work of NCR in Dundee and around the world, followed by a short presentation from Wendy Maltman, Vice Chair of Women Ahead. After a short networking lunch, Keynote Speaker, Assistant Chief Constable of Tayside Police Angela Wilson talked about her achievements during her career and gave participants 10 top tips to advance your career. 

The event concluded at around 2pm with the drawing of the raffle with many generous donations from members of both associations. All proceeds from this event are split between Women Ahead's nominated Charity The Fairy Box  and WiN's nominated Charity Dundee Women's Aid.
