An intimate meeting in a very special place. Women Ahead members were met by fundraising manager of Maggie's Centres in Fife and DundeeTumong Edwards. After networking around a delicious buffet, Tumong presented the support that Maggie's Centres offer with cancer patients and their relatives, then took us on a tour of the award-winning building. Dundee's Centre welcomes several thousands visitors a year, offers workshopsand specialist advice to cope with the illness. The building is designed to make people welcome in a peaceful and friendly environment.

A moving event which concluded the current Chair year. Sharron McIntosh thanked members for their support and invited them to the AGM on 29 March at the Apex Hotel.
