| Born in Edinburgh and worked there up to the age of 33 at which time I began my expatriate life in Saudi Arabia as a PA with ARAMCO. Saudi was followed by sojourns in Spain, Saudi again, Kuwait, and Switzerland. On returning to Scotland we settled in Montrose and I began a four year spell with GlaxoSmithKline as an Employee Development Advisor in Training and Development. This ended in redundancy and a life changing opportunity from GSK in June 2003.
In November 2003 Cats at Heart opened its doors to its first 'client'. Now four years on and with over 1000 cats on our books, I look back and realise that running my own business is the most challenging and exciting thing I have ever done. |
