As the Technical Support Manager within Solarwinds MSP I help drive support related initiatives, goals and the vision of the global organisation. I oversee the day-to-day activities and help define and shape the processes and procedures of the Technical Support Team driving continuous improvement through quality monitoring, coaching and individual performance reviews.
I thoroughly enjoy this role as I am working with people all day every day towards a common goal.
