When running your own business, or busy with working life, it's easy to neglect your own wellbeing. It's important to try to strike a balance and look after both, but we know it's easier said than done!

Start the year as you mean to go on, and come along to our wellbeing event - where we'll help you to reset your compass so that you can look after yourself and your business/work-time better.

Join Philly Alexander and Valerie Duguid and we'll guide you through how to deal with some of the challenges which working life throws at us. And it's also a great chance to meet other Dundee and Angus businesswomen.

The ticket price will include a small haggis dinner to celebrate Burns Night, as well as coffee, tea and biscuits.
