A Halloween event with a difference!

Women Ahead joined forces with local business Scotia Heritage for a unique event that saw spooky undertakings in medieval Dundee!

Witches torture and burning was the order of the day, as we followed the story of John English, seeking revenge for the burning of his mother along the narrow lanes and bewitching locations in Dundee City Centre. Horror was seen and screaming heard throughtout the tour! Climax was definitely reached when the group ended up locked inside the deemly lit Howff cemetery and the search for the key proved a little bit more enigmatic than first thought.

The excellent and informative evening ended at Blackadders Solicitors premises with informal networking over a choice of curries from Wooden Spoon Catering, which warmed up everybody!
